A traditional 19th century style Russian traktir (inn) brought back to life in this restaurant project. Every single detail is reminiscent of Russia's Golden Age: lavish stucco on the walls, heavy velvet curtains, bronze chandeliers in the fine Empire style, oak furniture and flooring. Uniforms have been recreated to the finest details: staff are dressed like prerevolutionary waiters, stewards, and housemaids. The interior design is an almost-exact replica of the original Pozharskiy Traktir in Torzhok, famous for its special meatballs, a favorite dish of Tsar Alexander I. Today, every guest to Crocus City Mall can try traditional Russian dishes. Many old recipes have been completely recreated by our talented Chefs.
